As BNYS (bachelor of naturopathy and yogic sciences) is equivalent to the the MBBS medical graduates as a general physician.

So yes you're eligible for DGO after BNYS as the minimum eligibility criteria is that - the candidate must have passed BAMS/MBBS/BHMS course with the minimum of 50% marks.
