Yes you can get the seat in engineering college based on the category and the Eligibility for scholarship.
The sc,St and minority students can easily get the seat with that marks and based on the entrance exam rank.
Incase you are from BC and general category then you have very little chances of getting good colleges.

So make sure you select the good colleges first
