can I get admission in first year in computer engineering after completing in diploma in mechanical

Hello,
Being a leet student you are supposed to join the college from the 2nd year there is no such deed to join it from the first as first year only comprises of Applied Science the main core starts from the second. You can get admission in mechanical enginnering from the second year as well.
