Looking at the previous year data and trends, it is expected that you may be able to get admission to Government Engineering College in core branches very easily but may be a little difficult to into Computer Science branch. However these are all just previous year data , so it may be possible too that since you will get OBC reservation and you have 70 percentile in JEE main.
