As you have secured 83.1 percentile in the jee main examination it is good . And
Using the formula, You can predict the rank
(100-your total percetile)X 869010/100.
With this your estimated rank will be around 1.36L CRL rank. With this the category rank will be differ it will be around 40k + .
This the hbtu cut off for electronics or electrical is between 24k to 31k . So try some harder to grab a seat in hbtu. Try best in your next attempt
