Actually you have not mention in which college you currently studying and where do you want to go. Actually in India there are very few colleges which it allows the transfer process. But obviously you can join in another college from the first year after completing your first year in another college. But if you want to get admission in another college after completing your first year from a college, you should have a transfer certificate and migration certificate from your old college.
