You have a too low score in NEET 2019. From All India Quota you cannot get a seat in Rajrajeshwari Medical College. But the cutoff do varies every year. You can try but the chances are not much. And the fees is also high. For government category seats the fees is around 1 Lakh per annum. And for private seats the fees is around 24 lakhs per annum.
