So for admissions in Thapar University in engineering in 2019, the students who were of general category from outside Punjab had cutoff from minimum 40895 for computer science to maximum 301993 for mechanical production. All the other branches had cut-off in between. For the Punjab State candidate, the cut-off was under 86,000.
