Please mention clearly about which college/university you intend to migrate to so we could give you better guidance. Migration policies differ for every university and college. Usually, it is only allowed to migrate within two colleges of the same university. Changing a university is not possible without having to go through the entire admission procedure from scratch, that is to begin again from first year.
