Yes you can do, for that you will have to go with the entrance examination NIMCET, this examination is especially for admission into NIT for MCA course for which the eligibility criteria says that you need to have at least 60% in your bachelor degree, candidates who have done their bachelor degree in distance learning are also eligible.
