Yes you can , but there are some colleges which givea admission on 12th marks.

Dear friend ,

For government colleges you need to give jee main entrance exam and score good marks or rank.

For private colleges you need give the entrance exam of that particular college .

But you have to give entrance exam for admission.you will not get admission only on the basis of 12 marks.
