The validity of most undergraduate entrance exams are one year. This is the case with MHT-CET also. The MHT-CET score whatever it is its validity expires after one year. You have to attend the MHT-CET again if you want to get admission next year. Like wise if you want to get admission this year, you should give the score of this year and not last year's.
