Kindly tell us your jee mains rank and category so that we can assist you in a better way.
Yes you can get admission in most of the colleges through state counselling based on your jee mains rank.However let us know about the college's name to know it's cutoff.

It's quite difficult to get admission in top colleges with this rank....but try for Silicon,CV Raman,Nist as your category rank can help you
