To apply for NEET candidates must qualify Class 12 marks criteria i.e. UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45%. But during the time of admission or counselling there is no weightage given to class 12 marks.

84 marks in NEET, you're not qualified to apply for admission. I suggest you to prepare for exam again for next year. You're hsc marks are good but here weightage is more for neet if you want a medical college.
