Yes you can get an admission with out going through entrance. This is done by direct admission through management quota. In this quota, fee structure will be higher than the candidate who has taken an admission through counselling. Rest of the facilities are same.

You look for college options you want to study and look if the college provides direct admission or not. If it doesn't provide then look for another institute. If it provides then visit the campus and meet the admission section department and have a discussion. They will let you know what is the whole process to get an admission
