I hope that you are doing fine

As i can see you belong to general category and from madhya pradesh according to your interests , its not gonna be possible for you to get govt. Mbbs in this much low marks but yes you can try for other subjects or private universities although even private univey have high cut off

As cut offs change every year and there are various aspects related to that like
1. No. of candidates
2. Demand for that particular college or university amongst the candidate
3. Level of exam
4. No. of seats etc.
