Hey !
AFMC pune is a reputed medical college and there are many aspirants seeking for admission in this college z, so there are less chances that seats will be left vacant for second round of counselling. And if seats are still left , whether you'll get  admission or not , it depends on your rank which you haven't mentioned.
So i would advise you to use NEET COLLEGE PREDICTOR TOOL to predict the list of colleges on your NEET AIR ,
