With a rank of 49k , i can assume your marks to be in the range of 500-510 and if we look at the previous year cutoffs for AFMC , then
The cut off of AFMC for boys and girls are different.For Boys it is 596/720 and for girls it is 610/720.Remember,cut-off varies every year based upon the various factors but it is not expected to see such a major drop this year so you gave no chances of getting a seat in AFMC with this AIR .You can check the previous year cut-off of AFMC MBBS by clicking here
