Yeah you can get the seat across the various top engineering College's without writing the TS EAMCET entrance exam but for that you have to appear for the other entrance exams as well including both the domain i.e Private as well Government too entrance exams like IIT-JEE, BITSAT, COMEDK, AMRITHA etc and based upon the ranking in it you can be able to fetch the branch.
