              Probably you can get any of the GFTI Or CFTI witha rank of 60k in jee mains and yes you would also be able to get a good branch of engg obviously with a general category.YOu can get cse in assam university,silchar.i would suggest you to please go through the link below from where you can get the closing and opening ranks of the GFTI in the last few years.
