Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) will conduct the IPU CET exam except for B.Tech for admissions to various courses offered by the colleges affiliated to it.

The admissions to B.Tech courses will be done on the basis of the JEE Mains scores and the B.Tech candidates will have to register for the counselling. For other courses, candidates will have to appear for the IPU CET exam and admissions will be on the basis of the ranks obtained.

As for your question, you should be able to get admission with the rank that you have obtained in one of the colleges under GGSIPU for course code 124.
