With this rank in JEE Main, you cannot expect being admitted to a good college (either Govt. or private)  which admits using JEE rank. My suggestion would be to go for Chandigarh University or any other private college to your proximity and get admitted or drop an year and prepare hard for next year if you have attempts remaining(not recommended though as it creates loads of pressure).
