my friend, you cannot get govt engineering college on the basis of 12th percentage.you have to clear the competitive exams like jee main,wbjee,jee advanced etc.

Gautam bhudh university,greater noida..!
Great university..with one of the biggest campus in the world..! Yes..it is govt college..!
And you can get admission if uh visit college..! And ask for admission!
