Yes you can get it. You many not get CSE  branch as they are in so demand. Never mind there are lots of branches you can pick one as per your choice.

You can get CSE also but it may not be a government college.

you can go for Electrical Engineering at Institute of engineering and technology which is one of the top college for UPSEE. That will do great for you.
