You can go for GFTI

And there are many private colleges which takes admission on the basis of jee mains

• UITE chandigarh
• Upes dehradun
• Galgotia university

I regret to inform you that with such a low score its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like iiits.
As iiits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.
Either you take part in any other councelling process or take admission into any reputed private institutes with your desired branch.

I am afraid to say it's hard for you to get in any of the IITS or nits . You can go for seats in management quota. They will charge you little extra in assurance of the seat. Wishing you luck

Yeah, you have to participate in the CSAB special round 2019 to get the best seat with your crl rank. No one can predict the closing ranks for prestigious institutes. So, once you can check the previous year closing ranks for all NITs and IIITs and fill your choices in the special round counciling of CSAB 2019 then you have to get seat definitely.
