Wit this rank, I easily sense, yo have worked hard to get into the IIT, but brother I believe with this rank and with no reservation support, I believe you have missed the chances of getting into the IIT.

I can relate the pressure and srrow you might be having in your head, as even I was also in the position two years back! I got a rank of 10k but that not good enough for me to get into the IIT, I always dreamt off!

By the Way, I would recommend you to prefer OLD NIT's, provided you have a pretty good rank in Mains. With this scorecard, you can expect admission in Rajiv Gandhi Petroleum university but not at IIT's

Sorry but you cannot get BTech course .

The cutoffs are high for BTech.

Hope you have written AAT exam after JEE advanced 

If you passed that then you can get bachelor in architecture at IIT Kharagpur which is a 5 year course .

Also 

You can try for IISET for research 

And even RGIPT
