it is very difficult to get CSE in NIT college but their is chance to get seats in other branches because of category (ST).There are many Top NIT colleges like NIT sikkim,and also you can get admission via JOSAA counseling there are total 111 colleges in that nit colleges are 31 you can check your college by using college predictor  tool given below.

Congratulations for your result. You know the cutoffs depend on various factors so the cutoffs change every year. Now you haven't mentioned home state you belong to, as the cutoffs also depend on that. 85 percentile in Jee Main means you expected rank would be around 1.30 lakhs to 1.50 lakhs in CRL. However results are out. Now going by previous years' cutoff, even if you belong to ST Category it would be difficult to get any NITs cause there are very less number of seats reserved for ST candidates, and within almost 30000 CRL, ST seats of all NITs get filled.
