As you have mentioned that your neet score is 429 marks but you haven't mentioned your category. Nevertheless, i am assuming to be in general category. So, if we look over previous year's cutoff trend for BAMS and BHMS then the cutoff for BAMS was 450 to 500+ marks and for BHMS it was 450+ marks even more than that.
So maybe you can get private seat.i recommend you to go for state quota counselling to get government bams college.
