yes ofcourse.

if you income is under 2 LPA you are eligible for the economically weaker section quota as well as you are eligible for fee concession.

you will have to fill a form at your university when asked to get the fee waived off.

dn't worry about that, when the right time comes, the university will do that on it's own.
