Nirma University or ITNU filled it's 50% of seats on the basis of counselling conducted by APCP and out of the remaining 50%  are, 35% are filling by Institute for All India Quota on the basis of Jee Mains.

On the basis of previous year cutoffs, you have very fewer chances to get into core branches because closing ranks would be around 50,000 in last round , however, you can try for branches like Civil, Instrumentation and Chemical
