You have a good rank to get a decent private college. But, please know that most of the MBBS colleges would have a net fee for the whole duration in the range of 40L to 75L. Some are even more expensive.
Otherwise, if you want to opt for some other courses, government colleges would be better.

All the private medical colleges are expensive and for general category it is very difficult to find a private medical college with low fee structure. Further, it also depends on which course you are aiming for. If you want to go for MBBS, then government college is the only best option which isn't as expensive as private colleges.
