Yes, you can get class 10th CBSE passing certificate. You can get it from digilocker website.

Must manually register a new account and link your Adhaar number. Verify Aadhaar-OTP or demographic information (Aadhaar Number, Name, DoB and Gender as per Aadhaar).

• Click "Browse" after logging in successfully, then under the Education category, pick "Central Board of Secondary Education."
• Choose the document you want to get, such as a mark sheet, a passing certificate, or a migration certificate.
• Get your Class X or XII Certificates on your DigiLocker Account by entering the necessary information, including the Year and Roll No.
