Well there is difficulty in getting branches like mechanical, electrical and civil in atleast the top ten NITs according to me. However there are other core branches which no one talks about such as chemical engieering or material science and mettalurgical engineering, which have good oppurtunities if studied from the right institute so make the correct decision.
