If you belong to the general category, then based on your percentile, it is difficult for you to get admission in the CSE Branch through the JoSAA Counselling. However, you can get admission in colleges like Ghani Khan Choudhury Institute of Engineering And Technology, Malda, Tezpur University, Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal, etc, in some branches like Civil, Mechanical, Food Tech, etc.

I suggest that you can apply for state and university level counsellings and get admission into the CSE branch. However, you also can sit for the JEE Main second attempt and focus on improving your score. This will open up your opportunity of getting admission  into top colleges like NITs in CSE branch.
