As per the rules and regulations governed by a domicile certificate, a candidate can have domicile status or domicile certificate in only one state and not in multiple states and this domicile certificate is issued by a group A government officer or employee and thus you would be debarred from attending the counseling process in other regional entrance examinations other than the one where you have issued your domicile certificate from and thus even an MP's affidavit won't make any difference as you would fail the domicile criteria for different regional entrance examination.
