If you are a diploma student and have completed the respective course with at least 45% marks or 40% marks (if you belong to reserved category) from an AICTE approved institution then you are eligible for lateral entry in BTech.

If you are a BSc graduate from a recognized University with minimum 45% marks and have passed class 12th with Mathematics as your main subject, then you can get lateral entry or direct admission in 2nd year of BTech in GCE, Amravati.

If you are 12th standard student with science stream, then there is no direct admission in 2nd year for BTech. You have to answer either MHT CET or JEE Mains and you will get a seat from first year onwards.
