D pharma is a diploma full time course  duration of 2 years.Eligibility criteria for take admission in Shri Ramadevi Ramdayal Tripathi Mahila Polytechnic,kanpur student must be passed 10+2 with physics,chemistry,mathematics and biology and age limit must have completed 17 years for admission.

Admission going through Joint entrance exam.So im sorry to say that you will unable to take admission directly without JEE.
