I am giving you the cut off for Manipal, Main campus.
Checking the cutoff will allow them to know the minimum closing ranks of different B. Tech programmes like for ECE in 2016 it was closed at 4820.
So you have the slightest chance and if not in the 1st round maybe you can get a seat in the 2nd round.
