You can get fee reimburment if you got seat through counselling if your income is less then 1lakh per annum then you will get 35000 fee reimburment has you are belongs to oc if your sc or St category then you used to get full fee remiburment but your oc so you will get 35000 and if your parents belongs to any government job holder then you will not get any fee reimburment
