For fees reimbursement in ap eamcet, you should be from home state quota.
Also your family income should be less than Rs. 1 lakhs per annum.
And you must apply from the tuition fees waiver ( Tfw ) scheme.
Then only you can be eligible for the fees reimbursement. Now, as you are from other state quota, so, you cannot apply for fees reimbursement. Even if your family income should be less than Rs. 1 lakhs per annum then also as non local student you cannot get fees reimbursement.
