can I get fee reimbursement in normal private engineering colleges of other states through jee mains ..?

Yes, you can get  fee reimbursement if your college provides fee reimbursement. It totally depends on the college whether they provide it or not. If they provide it then you can get it if you are merit student or if you are eligible for scholarship or fees reimbursement. Therefore check for the eligibility and apply for the fee reimbursement. For most of the private colleges you get full fee or partial fee reimbursement.
