Hello Lupin! You will have to appear for certain exams for studying abroad and if you have an excellent score you can apply for scholarships to the institutes. But it is not necessary that you will get 100% scholarship. Also, you will have to check the scholarship criteria of the desired colleges you want tp pursue engineering in. Hope this helps.
