Getting a seat at GMC through usuall requires 650+ marks in NEET. But it depends on the state and the competitions. So the expectations are less. Getting a Government Collage needs 650+ scores.

You can consider Private Collages where you can earn seat with your 500 marks. Or you can  try other departments like BDS, AYUSH, BAMS.
