You cannot get a Government Job through Btech. One must write the GATE exam and score good marks to get the job in PSU'S. Some of the PSU's which accept CS and IT Engineers through GATE Score are IOCL, BBNL, BARC, GAIL, NALCO, HAL, DRDO, NTPC . IT students can also apply for IBPS Bank clerks, Probationary officers and IT specialist officers.
