With 512 marks in NEET UG under the General category, getting a government medical college seat through All India Quota is very difficult because the cutoff for general category is usually around 550–600 marks. However, if your state quota cutoff is lower and you belong to a state where government college cutoffs are around 500–520, then you may have a chance.
