1st of all congrats for clearing NEET it's not that easy.

Now talking about your marks and which college will you be getting. At 280 marks it's very tough to get government medical college. To be honest you won't be getting government college in any state regardless of state domicile and catagory you are in.

If still you have passion to do MBBS you should repeat and give your 100% and other option which you can opt is going for DEEMED UNIVERSITY (If you can spend 25L per annum).
