A few government colleges in AKTU are namely IET Lucknow,  KNIT Sultanpur and Bundelkhand University Jhansi. Out of which only Bundelkhand provides btech from biotech course. But the charisma of this college has decreased with time and therefore i would suggest you to look for a private college instead which is better than Bundelkhand else it is still a nice college in AKTU.

And according to your rank you can easily get the college of your choice if you want to pursue btech in biotech from either a government college or top AKTU private institute.
