I believe you can get admission in index medical college .
Index medical college does not offer all india quota seats.these seats are only offered by the government medical college.
However private medical colleges do have  a different provision for accommodating candidates without having the madhya pradesh domicile.this is implemented through all india unreserved category (aiur).
