With 400 Marks out of 720 in NEET and as you belong to ST Category, you will get Admission in Government Medical College. You can go for MCC AIQ (15%) Counselling or your Domiciled State Quota (85%) Counselling.

Last year cut off for ST Category was approx 330 to 360 in an average Government Medical Colleges. Top Medical College's cut off was higher due to tough competition among students with same marks and same category.
