Last year, last general category candidate to get a seat in IPU had a rank of 22,892. He/she got UCMS. Based on this data, you seem to have a fair chance of selection.

Sorry to say but you have low chances of getting a seat in IP medical college at this rank as per previous years cutoff. You may get a seat through neet though.
